The Web is an extraordinary resource. The following selected resources are places to start investigating the topics that you may be interested in. A listing here is not an endorsement of everything that you will find on a site. We welcome suggestions to this resource list.

What is witnessing?

People witness when they see, hear or are told about interpersonal or structural violence and violation. They may occupy any of the four witness positions.

The aim of the Witnessing Project is to help individuals, families and communities move from unintentional witnessing to active chosen witnessing, which has the potential to transform toxic experiences of witnessing into ones that heal.
